We provide the radio equipment and guidance on best-practice usage.

Fully trained and licensed personnel are strategically deployed each night.

This service is not a venue monitoring service. We are available to respond to and resolve security or First aid threats upon request. However, our staff will make occasional visible checks to ensure staff welfare.

This service is available to Pooley Bridge based businesses and residents only.

A minimum of 2 Business, located in the Pooley Bridge area, must sign up to use this service before it can comence.

*Certain key dates may be excluded and any bookings already made will be refunded, sometimes at short notice. This will occur where, in our professional judgement, a manned guarding service is required. Examples include (but are not limited to) major events such as World Cup football. If you intend to operate a licensed venue during a key England match, in our judgement, fixed Door Supervisors should be in place. We will still respond to requests for assistance in these circumstances, free of charge, to support your on-site Door Supervisors.

Failure to understand or comply with these terms and conditions, may result in our withdrawal with no refund offed, implied or given. We are always available and willing to answer any questions you may have.
