Mobile response services take all the risk away from you, from welfare checks to burglary intervention, our staff are fully trained and able to make fast judgement decisions to achieve the most positive possible outcome during any potential Health or Security situations.
Area / Venue / Site Patrols:
Our Security patrols are designed to be a proactive and effective way to safeguard your assets.
Security patrols allow a visual deterrent and immediate response to any situation.
Our fully uniformed, trained, and equipped staff provide thorough physical checks, including gates, windows, and doors: Looking for signs of unauthorised access and criminal damage, before responding accordingly.
These patrols are essential for maintaining the security and integrity of your property.
CCTV & Alarm monitoring:
The primary purpose of security monitoring is to
detect, analyse, and respond to all potential security breaches,
around the clock if requested, thereby protecting your home and/or business assets.

peace of mind and a structured approach to managing situations in real time.
You must be an existing Carlisle city centre customers, who uses our manned guarding services for a minimum of 10 hours every week, to qualify for this rate.

Carlisle City Centre radio response:
Available Monday to Thursday, from 6:00pm until 2:00am.*
We provide the radio equipment and guidance on best-practice usage.
Fully trained and licensed personnel are strategically deployed each night.
This service is not a venue monitoring service. We are available to respond to and resolve security threats upon request. However, our staff may make occasional visible checks to ensure staff welfare.
This service is available to Carlisle City Centre businesses and residents only.
For the purposes of this service, Carlisle City Centre is defined as Castle Way through to the junction of London Road and Saint Nicholas Street.

*Certain key dates may be excluded and any bookings already made will be refunded, sometimes at short notice. This will occur where, in our professional judgement, a manned guarding service is required. Examples include (but are not limited to) major events such as World Cup football. If you intend to operate a licensed venue during a key England match, in our judgement, fixed Door Supervisors should be in place. We will still respond to requests for assistance in these circumstances, free of charge, to support your on-site Door Supervisors.
For new, Carlisle City Centre, customers who do not use our manned guarding services for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
